When Katherine in Archway needed two old sofas cleared from a third-floor flat, she booked us for fast leather sofa removal. A worn brown leather 2-seater and a fabric 3-seater on a metal frame were taking up most of the living room. Our team, which handles junk removal across North London, had both carried down and loaded in good time, even with parking a short walk away.
The Challenge
The main challenge was the third-floor location with no lift, so both sofas had to be carried carefully down several flights of stairs. The leather 2-seater was heavy and awkward, and the 3-seater sat on a solid metal frame. Parking was available but not directly outside, which meant a short carry to the van as well. Our two-man crew planned the route through the stairwell before lifting anything.
