No, you do not have to be home when we remove your rubbish. We are flexible and aim to please. Once arrangements have been clarified and access is permitted, our two men team will still contact you with a precise “on the spot” quote before commencing work.
Yes, that is completely fine. However:
1- If you decide to cancel the job less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a fee of £50 will apply without further notice.
2- We reserve the right to charge £20 in case the appointment needs to be rescheduled in a short notice (less than 24 hours prior to the job).
3- Calling or emailing us are valid options for re-schedulling or cancellation of an appointment. Voicemail cancellations are not accepted.
