When you contact us we’ll ask some simple questions to get an idea of the volume and weight of rubbish you have and give you an estimate.
Approximate quantity and weight of rubbish. A precise amount of what rubbish there is, it’s location and what the access is like.
With us you don’t have to lift a finger! We arrive at a time that suits you and we get the job done, then and there! No bins or mini skips sitting in your yard, no waiting for pick-up or delivery and you only pay for the amount of rubbish we take away.
No, you do not have to be home when we remove your rubbish. We are flexible and aim to please. Once arrangements have been clarified and access is permitted, our two men team will still contact you with a precise “on the spot” quote before commencing work.
When you call to book a rubbish removal, we will work closely with you to estimate the price of your job. We’ll ask you quite a few questions about what you’ve got to get rid of and what the access to the rubbish is like. Generally speaking, with your help, we can usually give you a fairly accurate estimate of cost over the phone, bearing in mind we can’t actually see the rubbish you’re telling us about!
If you’re happy with the estimated price, we go ahead and book the job for you. When the team arrives at your property, we will give you a more accurate price(if the price is different than the initial quote) to complete the work, completely obligation free. In other words, if the price is not what you expected, then we simply move on to the next job.
