When Haydn needed a Chelsea office cleared at Duke of York Square, he booked us for a full office clearance in Chelsea. The space was packed with desks, chairs, a sofa, whiteboards, TVs and a heavy safe that all had to go before the morning parking window closed. Our South London team arrived at 8 AM and worked through the lot using the building lift.
The Challenge
The standout challenge was a solid safe weighing somewhere between 100 and 150 kg. Moving it safely needed careful planning, proper lifting technique and the building lift, with the floor and lift protected throughout. Alongside the safe there was a full office to clear: five desks, a sofa, office chairs, drawer pedestals, whiteboards, TVs and a counter-top fridge. Parking was only available until 10 AM, so the team started early and kept a steady flow to the van to beat the deadline.

After the Clearance
The Result
We had the office completely cleared in around two and a half hours, safe included, and well within the parking window. The office furniture was handled through our office furniture removal service, the fridge and TVs were processed under WEEE rules, and the metal safe was sent for secure disposal.
